I have spent the past 5 years learning as much as possible about, and cultivating a deep network within, my two areas of expertise- economic consulting and physical and cyber security sales. I have developed strong relationships with rockstar talent in each area, both active and passive candidates, open to finding their next work home.  Because of this, I am often able to present high calibre candidates within a week of initiating a search. I am a sniper, not a shotgunner- my 3:1 send out to hire ratio is partially due to this relationship building.
